Inside the system

Built around process control—not a round shell.

The square chamber uses production floor area efficiently, while separated wet and dry zones support a cleaner front-loading workflow.

01 / Chamber

SUS304 inside and out

Mirror-finish inner chamber, brushed stainless exterior, reinforced welded square-tube structure and food-grade silicone sealing.

02 / Shelves

Four independent zones

6063 aluminum-alloy electrically heated shelves reach 80°C, with ±0.1°C stated control precision.

03 / Vacuum

Roots + screw pumps

Low-noise, high-vacuum architecture supports faster evacuation and helps protect product shape during sublimation.

04 / Control

Siemens S7-200 PLC

Chinese/English touchscreen menus, temperature sensing and automatic protection for pressure, current and phase conditions.

Production applications

One platform, different product paths.

Fruit & vegetables

Whole pieces, slices or ingredients where structure and rehydration matter.

Convenience foods

Prepared meals, soups and components for shelf-stable formats.

Yogurt bites

Controlled shelf heating for sensitive, high-value snack products.

Pet treats

Scalable batch capacity for meat and mixed-ingredient products.

Freeze-dried results

From delicate produce to protein.

Factory-supplied sample photography shows the range of product formats that can be developed with a controlled freeze-drying process.

Questions before quotation

Start with the process, then size the machine.

Accurate selection depends on raw material, water content, target batch weight, product dimensions and desired cycle time.

Which model should I choose?

Use the stated batch targets as a first screen: approximately 200 kg, 1 tonne or 2 tonnes per batch. Final sizing should be checked against your product's moisture, loading depth, pretreatment and cycle recipe.

Can one machine process different products?

Yes. The shelf-heating system is divided into four independently controlled zones, allowing flexible production planning. Product compatibility, hygiene changeover and recipe validation should be reviewed for your specific mix.

What utilities and installation information do you need?

Please provide plant voltage and frequency, available electrical capacity, cooling-water conditions, installation footprint, floor loading limits, room access dimensions and local environmental conditions.

How is energy use managed?

The two-stage refrigeration system can switch compressors according to drying progress. The factory states that actual operation is typically around 60% of rated power; real consumption varies by model, material, recipe and ambient conditions.

What information is required for a quotation?

Send the product type, wet weight per batch, initial moisture, target final moisture, piece size or loading depth, desired daily output, local power standard, destination country and any timing requirements.

Can the controls be used in English?

Yes. The Siemens-based touchscreen control system supports Chinese and English menus.

What are the warranty and lead time?

The standard warranty is 1 year, and the stated production lead time is 3 months. Confirm the warranty start point, covered components, service process, final delivery schedule and shipping terms in the quotation and contract.

What should I confirm before placing an order?

Confirm the final equipment configuration, applicable voltage, site interfaces, installation scope, training, 1-year warranty, spare parts, 3-month lead time, shipping terms and acceptance criteria in the commercial agreement.
